In our effort to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), you should also know that Playmates Toys, Inc. does not collect and store personally identifiable information from visitors under 13 years of age without first obtaining verifiable parental consent, unless we exempt from doing so under COPPA guidelines.
